Organization and creativity. These are the cornerstones of Cedarthorn Nook. I originally created this website because I love being organized and was drawn to Project Management. However, I didn’t love it in a business setting. My planning and organization stemmed from my personal projects. I love coming up with ideas for my personal life, whether that be something to keep things like recipes organized or making over a room with new paint and furniture.
But not everyone is a Project Manager. Or knows all the tips and tricks to managing a project to completion or creating a project plan. And when you look up Project Management online, you get a lot of articles about its relation to business and teams. But what if you want a more organized way to keep track of a personal project?
That was the objective of this website originally. To talk about planning, organizing, tasks, and projects for anyone to use and learn from. To use the discipline and concepts of Project Management and convey them in plain language as a resource for anyone to use. Whether you are in a business environment, a freelancer, a student, or a mom trying to keep track of it all.
Now, Cedarthorn Nook is not just intended to be a resource on projects and organization for the non-project manager. It is also a place where you can find various products to keep you and your home organized and foster productivity and creativity.
